What does your business offer?    

We offer Bookkeeping and Accounting Services.

How does your business use Dataczar?    

We have struggled with finding an easy to use, reasonably priced option for web page development and hosting. Dataczar certainly provided the easy to use and easy to afford. It's simple, clean and provides great metrics and email reporting to see how traffic is driven through our site!

What inspired you to start your business? 

I was pregnant with our 2nd child and I just found out my company was laying me off because they were moving our division overseas. I was currently in school to get my MBA and was finishing up in the next few months. I had always wanted to have my own business and decided that this was God's way of letting me know that this was the time. We needed the income to support the family and this would allow me to stay home with our children!

What is your business' biggest win?    

We are not proud people and we work hard for all the opportunities provided to us. The biggest win we got out of opening our business was that I was a constant presence in our home and could raise my children with our own value system and not rely on another person or service. That has been the biggest blessing.

What was your business' biggest challenge?    

Ha! The biggest challenge for me was learning how to balance work and raising the kids. We have had 4 more children since we opened our doors but we were able to figure out how to make it all come together. 

Tell us something interesting/fun about your business.

We not only focus on giving our best to our clients but also to our community. We sponsor the local baseball program, support fundraising events around town and within our own school community!

What’s the most popular service that you offer?    

Well, this is an easy question, the one and only service and that's bookkeeping services. I would say though that our most valuable service, within that, is the original setup and cleanup of the books. Many clients come to us that have used a "bookkeeper" for years but may not be qualified or able to grow with their business. That bookkeeper has a hard time providing the information needed to the business owner. When our new client hands over the books, we can very quickly clean them up and drive further efficiencies into the bookkeeping process. 9 times out of 10, clients SAVE money by using us because we do things so quickly and efficiently.

We are a faith based organization and build our trust on integrity, communication and loyalty.
